Schedule

Doors open at 8 am
Swap Meet 9 am till noon
Silent Auction 9 am till 1:30
Lunch noon to 1 pm, food will be available on site for sell all day.
Live Auction 1 pm till it is done

Free admission to the Swap Meet and Auction.

Everyone registers at the door to get a bidders number and live auction listing.

Swap Meet

$10.00 per table for the swap meet. LSMA will not get any money from these  sells. Bring your Big and Expensive items, wheel and deal on your own.  And remember you do NOT pay any percentage to LSMA. All the money you  make at the swap meet is yours!! Deadline for a table is February 16th  Wednesday.

LIVE and Silent Auctions

LSMA  will get 10% of all Silent and Live Auction items sold. These item must  be sent to MAGIC etc 2300 West Freeway, Fort Worth Texas 76102 by January 31. 2011. These items will be divided into Silent and Live  items. Please limit your total items to 40. LSMA staff will determine  which items go into silent or live auctions. You may put a minimum on  any item, but if that item does not sell, then LSMA will deduct 10% from the minimum. There is NO $10.00 check needed this year when you send your items.
Several large Illusions for sell with NO minimums!!!

Payment

LSMA takes cash, checks and all credit cards.

Checkout

Checkout will start approximately one hour after the silent auction closes. (around 2:30pm)
